There's no easier way to make someone smile, than sending them a box filled with their favourite chocolates and a gift message from you.

And that's how SweetiePost was founded.

We wanted to be able to send something more than a card, yet something that could still be personalised and something that would let the recipient know we were thinking about them.

We are chocolate mad and stock pretty much every chocolate brand you can think of. Lucky for us we're always testing out the new chocolate releases, so be sure to let us know if there's something we've missed!

Beth & Ben

We're Beth & Ben, a husband and wife team running SweetiePost.

We absolutely love chocolate and wanted to be able to send chocolates in the post to our friends and family, with the addition of a personalised message to let them know who it was from! 

Our boxes are letterbox sized to make sure they fit through *most* letterboxes and if ordered before 2pm, your order will be sent the very same day via First Class Mail, to make sure your goodies are with the recipient as soon as possible. 

We have a range of personalised templates meaning there's something for every occasion. Whether you're wishing someone a happy birthday, letting them know you're thinking of them, or celebrating an anniversary, a personalised box of their favourite chocolates is sure to put a a smile on their face.

Complaints Policy: 

For any complaints, please email info@sweetiepost.com, stating your order number where applicable. All emails will be responded to within seven days, with an appropriate solution offered.

Cancellation & Return Policy: 

Any cancellations made before the item has been dispatched, will receive a full refund within 72 hours. 

If you wish to return the item after it has been received, please email info@sweetiepost.com within 14 days of returning you order to let us know that you wish to return it, stating your order number. You will then have 14 days to return the item. You will receive a refund for the item within 14 days of it being received back with us.
